  Log into your PestLab account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact and the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship to Lab

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for transit to our quality control facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
